American Colt Model 1862 Pocket Police .36 caliber percussion revolver in a wood case with accessories. Five shot single action cap and ball percussion revolver is marked "19330" to the bottom of the barrel assembly, frame, trigger guard and butt. Barrel marked "ADDRESS COL SAML COLT NEW-YORK U.S. AMERICA" and has well defined rifling. Finish is original and action functions well. Case includes additional accessories including powder flask, bullet mould, cap tin (marked "COLT'S PT", nipple wrench, screwdriver, conical bullets. Size Case 11 1/8" L x 8 7/8 W x 2 1/8" H, Pistol 9 1/4" L, Barrel 4 3/8" L. Condition: Generally good condition with some fading of bluing.

By participating in this auction bidders agree that all lots are sold as is without any warrants or representations with respect to the lots. The auctioneer retains the right to reject any bid and to withdraw or pass any lot at his or her absolute discretion. When identical absentee bids are submitted the auctioneer will accept the first bid presented at his or her discretion. The highest bidder as determined by the auction house shall be responsible to pay for the hammer, buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. Ownership of lots shall not be transitioned to the respective winning bidder until the auction house is satisfied with all funds being transferred and cleared to the auction house's account. All sales are final. Buyers have 10 days to arrange for removal of lots from the auction houses facility. After 10 days the auction house reserves the right to charge a $5 storage fee for each additional day until the lots have been removed. The auction house reserves the right to relist and sell any lots which have accrued a storage fee larger than the hammer plus buyer's premium total for a given lot. Shipping and safe delivery of the lots is the buyer's responsibility. The auction house reserves the right to update or remove any lot listed at the auction house's discretion.
