Observations: Hunters can upgrade to take extra trophies and has to communicate to the lodge which species they will take in order to apply for the Tags. (For the Tags the lodge requires 50 % deposit towards the trophy fee. Trophy fees must be cancelled 60 days before arrival to the lodge)
Terms & Conditions: In order to create a commitment on both sides, and book dates, we ask for USD 500 deposit for each Hunter/Guest, this deposit will be refunded or it will be credited towards extra trophies hunted by the hunters. This deposit has to be wired within the next 60 days.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be done on cancellations with less than 90 days from the hunt dates. Deposits for extra trophies are refundable (minus a $500 handling fee per person until 90 days prior to the start of your trip). The lodge can re-book the dates and hold deposits for other dates based on availability.
Donation include: Reception at arrival to Santa Rosa City in La Pampa, and transportation to and from Hunting Camps. Full Board accommodations based on double rooms, with wine and/or beer, drinks at meals, international Chef service, wifi. Land transportation by cars and 4WD vehicles. Primary trophy preparation. Introducing firearms to Argentina If you are bringing your own gun you need to inform to the lodge. In order to introduce firearms to Argentina, foreign citizens will have to fill in one technical form per hunter which they will have to present to local authorities (RENAR) upon arrival at Ezeiza International Airport in Argentina.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. CA WSF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until CA WSF bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard item merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction. Any item not paid for or claimed after payment will be returned to CA WSF for disposition.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
California Wild Sheep Foundation (“CA WSF”), is a 501-(c)(3) non-profit organization and was formed to promote and enhance increasing populations of indigenous wild sheep to California, to safeguard against the decline or extinction of such species, and to fund programs for professional management of these populations, keeping all administrative costs to a minimum. The items, trips, and “Conservation Permits” being offered for sale were allocated to CA WSF by the California Dept of Fish and Wildlife and the Alaska Dept of Fish and Game and other third parties.
Any bid made at a CA WSF online auction constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase and requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction, or upon terms mutually agreed upon by CA WSF and the bidder, prior to the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the seventh business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1 percentage point per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
CA WSF strongly encourages Conservation Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the state of the permit. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law. It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the State.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, DOB, Credit card number. Your address will be verified by anAddress Verification System. All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from CA WSF Auction Team for verification. PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS: PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL 3% PROCESSING FEE. Credit Card purchases can be processed through the CA WSF website www.cawsf.org.
