INSURANCE AND MEDICAL EXPENSES
Logistics: Hunters would fly into Santa Rosa , La Pampa Airport (RSA) a day before the experience starts (1 hour flight from Buenos Aires International Airport). At Santa Rosa Airport our staff will be waiting to drive the group to the lodge. Once at the lodge, the group will rest until next morning where the breakfast will be served and the experience starts.
Hunting and Lodging: Hunting method is usually spot and stalk, 2x1 guide, hunting hours are daylight. At the lunch time, after a morning spotting and stalking animals, our international chefs and ladies staff will be waiting with snacks, national and game dishes and local world class wines.
After lunch, hunters can take a nap to be ready for the afternoon hunt until twilight. Then, dinner will be waiting, surrounded by drinks, conversations and laughs by the side of our huge fire pit.
The lodge: Our lodge is the perfect combination between luxury and wildness. Located in the heart of La Pampa state, Catena’s ranch is the perfect place to live this unique experience . Double based rooms with private bathrooms, warm water, electricity, Wifi (internet), laundry service and high quality wine and food is what you’ll expect.

A minimum deposit of U$ 1,000 Per Guest is required to confirm Dates.
Important NOTE: The donation is only valid for 4 hunters. A 50 % Deposit towards the extra trophy fees outside the donation is required. Amount due
has to be cancelled 45 days prior the trip. Balance due must be paid 60 days before arrival.

Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. NNMSCI assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until NNMSCI receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes NNMSCI to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party.

Auction Terms and Conditions
Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C. Alcoholic beverages
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.
Disclaimer of Liability
Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NNMSCI and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NNMSCI. NNMSCI makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. NNMSCI does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by NNMSCI. NNMSCI shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, NNMSCI cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can NNMSCI be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, NNMSCI shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
NNMSCI is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
