Join European Hunting Adventures for this chance to hunt a Carpathian or Balkan Chamois in Serbia! This rifle hunt is for 2 hunters OR one hunter and one observer. If you desire a Carpathian Chamois, your hunt will take place in eastern Serbia and Balkan chamois will be in western Serbia. In both cases, it is through canyons and an altitude from 400-1500 meters above sea level. It does not require any special physical condition. This 2:1 hunt includes accommodations for 6 nights (3 hunting nights, 2 tourism days), a 10% discount on the chamois trophy fee, organization of the hunting trip, assistance for settlement of customs formalities at Belgrade airport in arrival and departure, use of 4x4 vehicle during the stay (2 hunters with one vehicle), lodging and full board in 3-4 hotels or hunting lodges, assistance of professional hunter and local game keepers, and field preparation of trophies. Donation does not include airfare tickets, trophy fees for Carpathian or Balkan chamois without size limit ($2900), rent of rifle with ammo ($150), VAT 20% (to be added on donation value and total bill), Serbian hunting license ($140), official measurement ($35 per trophy), cape ($100), single 4x4 vehicle for hunt ($200 per day), packing, export documentation and sending of trophies, tips, drinks, and gratuities. Additional guests may be added for $2,500 and hunters for $4,100. Hunt can be taken in 2018 or 2019. Houston Safari Club thanks European Hunting Adventures for this 100% donation.

Shipping Details:
Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. HSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSC receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.
Payment Details:
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes HSC to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party.

Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A.Travel expenses to and from destination
B.Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C.Alcoholic beverages
D.Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E.Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and IRS Publication 1391 for more information.

Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by HSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of HSC. HSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. HSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by HSC. HSC shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, HSC cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can HSC be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, HSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
HSC is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
