DESCRIPTION AND GUARANTEE

AGING
Any animal that is listed as a Yearling is defined as less than 24 months old. It is our intention that all animals being offered are at least 12 months old. We cannot, however, guarantee the exact birth date of the animal due to the large number of births and the vast areas the animals are living in. It is possible that a Yearling could be less than a year by a few months.
BIDDING
Each auction Lot will be sold to the highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer. In the event of tie bids (bidding disputes), the auctioneer will settle any such disputes and his decision will be final. Once the auctioneer says “SOLD,” a contract is created solely between the seller and buyer. A bidding sheet will be submitted to the buyer for their immediate acknowledgment and signature. When bidding in the auction, the total price of the Lot is the bid amount multiplied by the number of animals in the Lot.
EXAMPLE
Lot 100
1.2 Arabian Oryx.
If the winning bid
is $5,000, the total price of the Lot is $15,000.
*While this calculation is used as a standard method in auctions, it does not represent the actual value of each individual animal. After the auction, you will receive an itemized breakdown of the animals in the Lot you purchased. This valuation will be used when determining refund values in the Event of death loss or any other warranty issue.

Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over printed material, including the auction catalog and any other printed or digital material.
