Colt 1849 Pocket Model revolver, .31 caliber, serial #250017. The pistol is in good overall condition with a 5” octagon barrel. The pistol is a silver patina with light pinprick pitting noted. The barrel addressis clear and legible. The barrel has been polished at some point however, the edges remain sharp. The pistol retains significant cylinder scene with mars and dents to the cylinder noted and the Colt Patent markingsvisible. All visible serial numbers match with the exception of the wedge which appears to be a period replacement. The wedge is loose and will require replacement of the insert. The action functions and allnipples are present, with one being partially broken. The pistol features brass straps which have gone to a pleasing patina and very good grips which show small mars and compressions but fit well and retain themajority of their finish. The butt shows some knackering from being used as a hammer. (Antique) Est.: $500-$1,000.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
