Colt 1st Model 1851 Navy with wedge over screw variation remaining in exceptional condition for this rarity, S/N 1076. Interesting that the 1st and 2nd variations overlapped and there are lower serialnumbered 2nd models! This navy is in good to very good condition showing a light brown patina with light cleaning. 50%-70% cylinder scene remains with strong markings on the frame and barrel. Period replaced blade front sight. The grips are good plus other than a large chip is missing from left front toe and a small repair at the back edge. Three hash marks for battles or engagements on the lower right grip. All matching visible serialnumbers. A 7.5 on a 1-10 scale and expensive to upgrade. (Antique) Est.: $7,500-$15,000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
