Colt SAA revolver, .38/40 caliber, 4.75” barrel, blued finish, checkered hard rubber grips, S/N 267098, in overall good to very good condition displaying the majority of original blue to barrel assembly, an area ofpitting to the left muzzle area and some scattered pitting to cylinder, dark patina otherwise, good bore, crisp action, sharp markings and good grips. Accompanied by a Colt factory letter confirming caliber,barrel length and finish, stocks “Not Listed”; shipped to Simmons Hardware Co., St. Louis, MO. on May 8, 1905, fifty guns in shipment.
