Here is a great opportunity for a combination Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep and Mule Deer Hunt from Timberline Guiding in Alberta. This is a 14 day hunt in WMU 420 - along the south side of Clearwater River from Timber Creek, west to a legendary sheep area called Forbidden Creek that borders Banff National Park. This donation is for one hunter from September 20th – October 4th, 2015. Hunter will need to arrive September 19th, departing on October 6th, 2015 from Calgary International Airport. You will be picked up from Calgary International Airport and will overnight at the Outfitters home (app 1-1/2 hour drive from the Airport).The next morning you will be driven (approx. 2 hours) to the trail head where you will head out by horseback (approx. 2-1/2 hours) to the first camp where the hunt begins. There are 5 main camps set up in ideal locations, all equipped with heated wall tents, cots, wood stoves. There are also backpack camps that have been strategically placed & ready to use. Timberline Guiding prides itself in providing their hunters with warm, comfortable accommodations & home cooked meals while on your hunt. The auction sale of this donation includes the harvest fees for bighorn sheep and mule deer. Hunter is responsible for license & tag fees upon arrival (app $475). Both wolf and coyote can be added. The buyer is responsible for GST payment of $1200 due to Outfitter upon purchase of hunt. An additional hunter is welcome for 29,850 + 5% GST plus harvest fee on mule deer ($3000), and a non-hunter for an additional $300/day.
