The High Lonesome Ranch has donated a hunt a Cow Elk with Kentuckiana SCI Chapter President/Fundraiser Chairman Larry Richards & Sam Haycraft (West Star Aviation Representative) in a picturesque, pristine Wild West setting. The exclusive, privately owned High Lonesome Ranch has donated a 4-Night/3-Day Cow Elk Hunt for one hunter that can be taken during Elk Hunting Season (Mid-December), 2019 on The High Lonesome Ranch near DeBeque, Colorado. Point of pickup & return is Grand Junction, Colorado. Note: Age 64 & under need a valid Hunter Education Card. Over the years, The High Lonesome Ranch has managed their wildlife for its health and well-being, as well as for the size of the animals and the herds; thus, one lucky bidder will have the opportunity to take a Cow Elk in this pristine Wild West setting. The hunter may also have an opportunity to see mature elk and mule deer as well as mountain lion, bear, and Merriman turkeys that inhabit the ranch. Included in this hunt package is the trophy fee for one cow elk, western luxury lodging, fine dining, a ratio of 2 guests to one guide, field skinning & trophy prep. Not included are before & after the hunt expenses, gratuities, taxes, Cow Elk license fee (approximately $464), & airport shuttle ($200) or rent a car for the 50 minute drive from the airport or drive 19 hours from Louisville. Transportation to the meat processors & shipping can be arranged. Permit draw deadline is April 1, 2019. Method of take is rifle.
