Electronic earplugs are designed to enhance the sounds around you like speech and game movements, but contain sharper impulse sounds down to a designated safe level such as gunfire and flash bangs. Used within the shooting sports and law enforcement divisions, these devices are excellent in protection and enhancement qualities. The Digital Primo is our highest level unit distinguishing itself as one of the most advanced units in the market. It features better speech discrimination, clarity for vowel sounds and high-end frequencies focus. We can also use speech-mapping software to enhance individual game sounds and isolate this from distracting background noise levels such as wind. The buyer needs to be fit at the E.A.R. booth. If this cannot be done, the buyer is responsible for getting ear impressions on their own.

Auction Terms of Sale
The auctioneer has final authority on the amount bid for any item and/or the identity of the purchaser of any item. By bidding on an item or service, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase that item or service. All sales are final.

Firearms
All firearms will be shipped from RMEF headquarters in Missoula, MT to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer of the winner/buyer’s choice. It is the responsibility of any raffle winner or auction buyer to make arrangements with the FFL and to know the local firearms laws. Before taking possession, the winner/buyer will be required to complete a background check. If for any reason the winner/buyer is not eligible to receive the firearm, it is not the responsibility of RMEF to provide an alternate or to issue any refunds.
Hunts and Trips
Additional expenses not included in donated hunts and trips may include but are not limited to gratuity, taxes, taxidermy, transportation, meat packaging and processing, and shipping.
Tax Deductions/IRS
The market value or estimated fair market value will be provided for each auction item. IRS rules permit a charitable contribution for the amount paid in excess of fair market value. Only that part of the payment made with the intention of making a gift and for which the taxpayer receives no consideration qualifies as a contribution. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any item purchased at auction.
