PISTOL WITH IDEAL HOLSTER STOCK.
Cal. 30 Luger. S# 10622. Bbl. 4 3/4" (120mm) w/ replacement white bead front sight. Commercial model for export having "GERMANY' under S# of frame. Other early features include: narrow trigger & wide trigger guard along w/ dished toggle knobs plus grip safety. Eagle over chamber plus flat top to front of breech block. Matching numbers in commercial locations on frame, receiver, bbl., takedown lever, sideplate, grip safety, trigger & toggle assembly. Straw colored sm. parts & appropriate interior areas in the white. Thumb safety is safe w/ lever up leaving bright area in lower position. Appropriately w/out stock lug. Approx. 6,000-8,000 mfg. from S# 2,000 - 20,000. Smooth walnut grips w/ metal backers to utilize Ideal holster stock. MAGS: proper unmarked tin plated 8 rd. w/ wood base. Occasional stain spots on body; very good base. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: good to very good Ideal telescoping holster stock having spring belt clip, integral leather holster & telescoping framework. Leather portion of holster in very good condition. Mixture of patina & peppery oxidation on metal portions. "PATENTS PENDING" markings clearly visible. Smooth proper functioning of telescoping feature. CONDITION: good plus overall appearance w/ good straw colors having only minimal fading. Commercial export refinish w/ faded gray tone to bbl. Patina finish on grip straps yet good to very good gluing on grip safety. Somewhat spotty finish & peppery appearance most noticeable on sideplate plus left frame flat. No receiver proofs. Light peppery oxidation on right side of frame above grip plus cleaned similar pitting on right receiver rail above trigger. Minimal finish & light marks on high point rectangle of sideplate. Good grips having patina finish to attachment screws. Near excellent bore having wide lands & grooves. Hold open latch spring broken but will function w/ damaged portion of spring placed on top.
