DALL Bag
The Dall is the bigger brother of the Gnargali pack coming in at 7,080ci (116 L) and 6,080ci (99.6 L) with the snow collar used as a lid. Made from 500d Ranger Green cordura and VX21S Coyote Brown Xpac, it has the same water resistance as our Muskeg series. Two belt pouch matrix’s on the front and one on the lid open up options for expanding capacity. The front has two bow straps and a sleeve on the bottom for securing your weapon as well as tabs for a Sherman Pocket. Dual hydro ports and built in bladder pocket as well as bottle pockets on each side will give you hydration options. The side pockets are large enough to hold two bottles, any tripod legs or fishing rod tubes. There is a built in load shelf on the back if you need more space.

The Duplex Lite Frame is built around the outstanding comfort of the original Duplex Frame and Suspension. The Duplex Lite Frame is a flexible contoured internal frame with rigid, composite stays. The stays transfer weight to your hips via a custom fitted cupped and contoured waistbelt. Contoured shoulder straps are designed to stabilize the load on your back without slipping. All weight is carried on your hip platform, where it belongs – not on your shoulders or lower back.

Two frame length options:
26 inch, and 24 inch (Taller stays allow more “lifter strap” function for heavy loads, especially if you’re over 6′ tall for a significant improvement in comfort and efficiency factor.)

Guide Lid Xpac
The Guide Lid Xpac adds an additional 1,200ci to any of our Duplex Packs with the added bonus of being waterproof. With ample volume for puffy jackets, food, and emergency supplies, you can leave your camp gear behind as the Guide Lid Xpac conveniently converts into a day pack using built in shoulder straps much like our current E& E pack.

26” duplex lite frame

Frame features and specs:
Shoulder Straps:
– Choose short shoulder straps for a torso length of 14.5″ – 18″.
– Choose long shoulder straps for a torso length of 18″ and taller.

*How to measure your torso*: Measure from your C7 Vertebrae (the small bone that pokes out from the base back of your neck) down to your Iliac crest (the crest of your hips). If this value is less than 18″, then you should choose the “Short” shoulder straps with the 24″ frame. If you have an 18″ or taller torso, choose the “Long” shoulder straps with the 26″ frame. Now, if you are in the middle range of these size options and have an 18″ torso and are under 5’11, you can fit either the 26 inch frame (long shoulder straps) or the 24 inch frame with short shoulder straps. You would choose the shorter frame if you want a pack that doesn’t stick up above your head as much, making it easier to duck under trees and navigate other obstacles.

Lumbar Pad: Made with durable 500d fabric and anatomical dual density foam with PackLock. Designed to help keep the pack solidly in your hip area.

Contoured waist belt Features: The anatomical cut of these belts delivers superior comfort. Their wide design spreads weight and alleviates hot spots. Features: Made from 500d fabric with a dual row PALS matrix suitable for 1″ 3-bar sliders such as on our belt pouches and Gun Bearer or Malice clips.

*How to choose your waistbelt*: For your waistbelt size, generally, we suggest you go off of your pant waist size. This is because your pack waistbelt will eventually fall to where your pants ride if you have a bigger midsection. We suggest that you always have the center of our waistbelt firmly on the crest of your hips, as this will carry the weight much better than if it’s sagging down past your hips. It might feel high at first, but we assure you this is the most comfortable way to wear a pack under heavy loads.

Choose the “Small” belt if you have a 31″-34″ waist, “Medium” if your waist is 35″-38″, and “Large” if you’re 39″-46″. If you are squarely in the middle of these sizes and have, say, a 34″ waist but you do mostly cold-weather adventures or you fluctuate up to 36″ throughout the year, go with the “Medium” option, even though you are technically in the “Small” range.

If you are under a 30″ waist, go with the extra small belt. If you have a waist bigger than 46″, go with our extra large option. Please note that these extra size options are only available in the “Ranger Green” colorway.

Back Profile:

The Duplex Lite frame is offered with two different back profiles, Semi-flat and Curved. Almost 95% of our customers have a “Semi-flat” profile and will go with the “Semi-flat Composite stays”, but we do have some that require a little more curve in their pack frame. A good way to test your back profile is to lean up against a wall with your heels, back, butt, shoulders, and head touching the wall. Do this without straining or arching your back in any way. Now, take a closed fist and try to get it in between the small of your back and the wall (with your knuckles touching your back). If you can’t do this, then you should go with the “Semi-flat” composite stays. However, if you can do this without pushing your back away from the wall at all, go with the “Curved Composite Stay” option.

Stabilizer Strap: This strap on the waistbelt helps stabilize heavy loads by cinching the base of the bag tight to the belt.

Frame & Suspension:
The Duplex Lite Frame is completely modular, letting you choose between pack or freighter using our Cargo Net or Quarter Panel.
