Offered is a 3 day two night stay at Rio del Norte ranch. An 1800 acre ranch setup for family fun. This getaway is perfect for a group of friends, a large family, or multiple families that want to spend time together in the outdoors hunting and fishing but also enjoy all the comforts of home. the 8 bedroom / 9 bathroom house, outdoor patio space, wrap around porches, fire pit area, separate taxidermy room with tv, pool table, and sitting areas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Can easily sleep 14 people. Hunting: This is a management hunt opportunity. Up to 6 doe can be taken and potentially 1-2 cull whitetail bucks up to 130 inches (based on availability). Unlimited hogs can be taken. The ranch is 1/2 game fenced (appx 900 acres) and 1/2 low fenced. (appx 900 acres). The ranch has a very healthy whitetail population as well as a large hog population. Very comfortable multi person rifle blinds as well as elevated archery stands are setup for your use. The ranch has gravel roads throughout the property for easy access to stand locations. Property owner will be onsite to host and assist in guiding anyone who desires to hunt. Harvested game assistance available if needed. Covered skinning areas as well as a walk in cooler onsite for harvested game. Non Oklahoma residents can purchase a 5 day out of state license for $75 online and use that license in combination with the deer tags the ranch will provide. Fishing: Ranch has a 20 acre lake filled with large mouth bass. Two rigged out fishing boats available for your use. The lake also has two fishing docks as well. When the bass are biting catching 75-100 fish is possible. Trip can be scheduled for the 2025 or 2026 fall/winter hunting season. October-January 25 or 26. Based on availability for ranch and hunt participants.
