Certificate Terms & Conditions
● Trip must be booked within 12 months from purchase date or the certificate is forfeited.
● Trips must be taken within 24 months of the date of purchase.
● Canceled or rescheduled hunts have the following terms:
○ 0-30 days prior to hunt - the certificate becomes invalid and with it any add-ons are forfeited.
○ 31-90 days - there will be a $500 reschedule fee per person (only 1 reschedule is allowed per certificate).
○ 91+ days - there will be no fee to reschedule hunt (only 1 reschedule allowed per certificate)
○ Rescheduling must occur within 30 days of cancellation, or certificate is forfeited.
○ The certificate becomes invalid and is forfeited after 2nd cancellation.
