New this year, we have some New Jersey waterfowl hunting. Dave Steckley of Drake’s Waterfowl Guide Service, a Bass Pro Shops Pro Staff member, has donated a hunter’s choice for waterfowl hunting in the Garden State. 4 lucky hunters will have a choice of duck hunting on the Barnegat Bay or goose hunting the fields around Bordentown, NJ. If duck hunting is your choice, you will use either boat or land blinds and enjoy a fast action day of shooting Black Ducks, Brant, Old Squaw, Buffleheads and Merganzers. There is always the possibility of taking some Canada Geese mixed in with those ducks as well. If goose hunting is your preference, you head to wall blinds in the fields surrounding Bordentown where Canada Geese are the main focus. Opportunity exist for the possible snow geese or puddle ducks as well. The best part is you pick what you want to go after and you and 3 of your buddies will have a day of fun. Not included are hotel lodging, meals and licenses. Additional days may be added so be sure to get on Dave’s schedule. Dave will provide professional guides and dogs and all the other necessary equipment for a fun filled hunt. LVSCI would like welcome Dave to our banquet and to thank him for this 100% donation.
