Chopper lump bbls. w/ polished flats have proof info & S#. Splinter forearm checkered in point pattern w/ blued engraved irons has Anson type push button release. Full sidelock coin finished action w/ hand detachable locks is nicely engraved in full rose & scroll pattern throughout w/ beaded fences & rose bouquets on bbl. bolsters. Bottom of action w/ engraved beads & rose & scroll pattern w/ maker's name at front. Blued top lever w/ gold inlaid "1" is nicely floral & scroll engraved & top tang w/ scroll coverage & gold inlaid "SAFE" in front of safety slide. Rolled edge blued trigger guard w/ scroll on bow & tang w/ S# at center. Gun made w/ double triggers (front trigger articulated), automatic ejectors, automatic safety & hand detachable locks. Straight grip buttstock w/ tear drops behind locks is checkered in point pattern through the wrist, has sm. engraved oval near the toe having initials "JLR" & terminates w/ a skipline checkered butt.
