Early Colt 3rd Gen. Single Action Army Revolver, #SA29627, .44 Spec. cal., 4.75" barrel, bright nickel finish, two-piece smooth pearl grips with silver Colt medallions, and standard fixed sights. Cylinder is numbered and matches the revolver. Mfg'd 1979. Condition is near excellent with approx. 99% original factory metal finish remaining. There is one tiny spot of flaking at the butt and another to the left side of the frame, near one of the screw heads. Bright nickel finish with scattered light scratches and handling marks, the highest concentration being on bottom of barrel. Factory lettering is crisp and clear. Grips look good and fit well. Left grip with a very small chip near the Colt medallion, as well as a few scratches and natural fissures. There is a light index line visible on a portion of the cylinder, face with only mild powder marks. Bore is bright and rates in excellent condition. Overall a nice lightly used revolver.
