Early Ruger Old Army Black Powder Percussion Single Action Revolver, #140-06622, .45 cal., 7.5'' barrel, dark blue finish, smooth walnut grips with Ruger ''silver eagle'' medallions, fixed large blade front sight with a fully adjustable rear sight. In original two-piece red/black/white box that is hand numbered with only the first 4-digits visible; what is visible matches the revolver. Also includes the owner's manual, warranty card, and nipple wrench. Mfg'd 1973. Condition is excellent with approx. 98% original blue; cylinder with plum-colored toning and a light thin index line. Grips with a few minor handling marks, including a slight superficial scratch towards the bottom of the right grip; medallions are bright. All factory marks are crisp and clear. Action is excellent; bore is bright with strong rifling. Box shows normal light storage wear. Est.: $400-$600. (Modern/PPT) (This revolver is not classified as an antique and does require an FFL.)
