This 4-night, 5-day safari in the Eastern Cape of South Africa also includes two nights' accommodations in Cape Town! MAARTENS SAFARIS' lodge is situated on a private concession which is only a 1.5-hour drive from East London Airport. Their concession areas total over 100,000 acres of high fence and free range hunting. The Eastern Cape has the most plains game species available to hunters in South Africa, and this donation can be upgraded to include their Karoo concession (which boasts species such as Vaal Rhebuck, Klipspringer, and Springbuck slams).

The donation includes 4 nights and 5 days of hunting for ONE hunter; 1x Mountain Reedbuck and 1x Black Springbuck; full-time services of a licensed professional hunter; accommodations, meals, and laundry services for the hunting period; soft drinks and water; services of all camp staff, trackers, and skinners for the hunting period; standard shoulder mounts of the Mountain Reedbuck and Black Springbuck by Splitting Image Taxidermy (no crating and exportation to the final destination is included); 2 nights' accommodations for 2 people at the Guest House in Cape Town, situated in the heart of the city; your own personal tour guide and vehicle for 1x full day of touring whilst in Cape Town.

This is a highly sought-after hunting destination, and additional concession highlights include 26 different species available, including buffalo, sable, and roan; excellent accommodations and wifi connectivity; family-friendly lodge and activities for the non-hunter / observer; easily explore all the wonders of the Eastern Cape, such as Big 5 game drives, coastal areas, spas, and excellent golf courses.

This safari has to be conducted in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, and all additional species hunted will be charged for as per the 2018 price list. The safari must be taken in the 2018 calendar year, and dates must be confirmed by Maartens Safaris. Additional hunters and observers can be added, including additional nights and tours whilst staying in Cape Town. Observers are charged $300 per person per day, and hunters are charged $400 per person per day. This donation does not include any costs incurred on arrival night in Johannesburg; air travel (charter or commercial); accommodations and travel charges incurred before or after the contracted period of the safari; transfer by air charter to and from the hunting area (rates available); personal costs; alcoholic beverages; packaging & delivery of trophies to the taxidermist ($200 per client); taxidermy work other than specified above; shipping of trophies to final destination; gratuities; trophy fees as per 2018 price list; permit fees (when applicable); area transfer fees (when applicable); any medical & hospitalization costs incurred during the contracted safari period; VAT at 14% on daily rates in South Africa only.
