Members now have the opportunity to Experience Traditional African Hospitality on an 8-day South Africa Safari for 2 hunters on a 2x1 basis upgradable and 2 Non-Hunters with Phillip Bronkhorst and the Bronkhorst Safaris Team. Hunt and Fish for some of Africa’s most sought-after species.
Description:
The combination of Traditional East African Style Safari Camps with modern day amenities like WIFI, cell service, 220v Electricity and fully equipped safari vehicles will keep you in touch in this home away from home. Enjoy typical African Cuisine prepared by our camp chef while sipping on best quality African wines and drinks. This exclusive safari will start and end from OR Tambo International Airport and will includes 5 days of Trophy Hunting for 2 hunters on a 2 Hunters x 1 Professional Hunter (2×1) basis where the hunters will have access to thousands of acres of privately owned and managed game rich hunting areas. Fishing can also be done from a selection of our boats on the adjacent Palala River, to us also nick named Little Zambezi. Additionally, also included is 3 touring days to explore surrounding tourist destinations. Included also is 5 Observer days for two (2) non-hunters which could also be upgraded to hunt and fish. Also included is 3 touring days to explore surrounding tourist destinations. Included is a day trip to Marekele National Park, a 1/2 day tour to explore some of the local traditions of the Waterberg region which include a moonshine tour, and finally a day visit to Lephalale, our local shopping hub. South Africa, especially the Limpopo Province is a prime destination to entertain non hunters from our base camp on various sightseeing activities. Upgrades are available to add days, more hunters and trophies. Bronkhorst Safaris also offer side trips to the famous Kruger National Park, Sun City, Cape Town and the spectacular Victoria Falls combined with an extra-ordinary Chobe Experience. Safari dates could be arranged year-round for the 2024 or 2025 season. Additional hunters are welcome @ $ 435 pppd 1×1 or $335 pppd 2×1, Observers @ $ 250 pppd. Special incentives and discounts are available for additional hunters on request.

Species to be Taken; The 2 hunters will each have 2 trophies with a choice between a Blue Wildebeest and an Impala or a Zebra and an Blesbuck. Alternatively, hunters can also use a credit of $ 2 400 towards trophy fees per hunter. Speak to the outfitter regarding species to hunt. Species as per seasonal pricelist.
Included in this safari is Field Preparation of trophies (recovery, skinning, and salting) transport to shipper, full camp services as well as daily laundry.

Special Notes: $ 1000 non-refundable deposit per hunter which will be credited to your safari account to confirm safari dates and quota. Any requested alternative hunting areas will be at normal daily rates. No back-to-back combinations of Hunt Donations. Safari credits is valid per hunter, one hunter can only utilize his or her own credit as per donation description. Sundays will be a day of rest and at Observer charge. Alcohol, wine, malt, and soft drinks excluded. Additional activities are available, additional hunters, upgrades on additional trophy fees would be appreciated. Normal Bronkhorst Safaris T&C applicable. Please also consider a voluntary $ 50 a contribution towards our Anti-Poaching efforts. This donation cannot be shared between a family Father/Son/Mother/Daughter. It must be taken by 2 separate families.

AUCTION BIDDING PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. A person registered and bidding through the official online auction site will be considered to be registered and present for the auction. A person who bids on behalf of another person or group will be ultimately held responsible for payment in its entirety.

South Africa Outfitters Group makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied regarding any property or service sold at auction including, but not limited to, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Values listed are as stated by donors and are not warranted by South Africa Outfitters Group for tax or any other purpose.
Although South Africa Outfitters Group makes reasonable efforts to list all extra and ancillary expenses not included in hunt, travel, service and other items, lists of expenses in auction item descriptions should not be considered exhaustive or definitive and South Africa Outfitters Group will not be held responsible for their completeness or accuracy. The amounts of additional expenses listed in auction item descriptions are approximations and are subject to change without notice. 3. All items auctioned (whether goods or services) have been acquired or obtained by South Africa Outfitters Group from members. South Africa Outfitters Group cannot give any guarantees for items sold at auction.Contact information for each lot will be provided and it is recommended that prospective buyers contacts the seller to deal with any questions relating to the lot.
4. The winning bidder must click "I accept" after reading the Buyer's Agreement which, along with payment for the item, constitutes agreement to the Buyer's Agreement.
5. By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against South Africa Outfitters Group or the contributors of any property or service, and neither South Africa Outfitters Group nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against South Africa Outfitters Group by an individual, entity for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay South Africa Outfitters Group attorneys’ fees and costs and will hold South Africa Outfitters Group harmless from any judgment thereon.
6. By making a purchase, the purchaser agrees that any dispute or action arising out of or relating to the Auction and purchases made at the Auction shall dealt with directly with the seller of that lot/listing and should the dispute be unresolved report this to South African Outfitters to ensure such disagreements are limited in the future.

10. IT IS THE PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE DONOR REGARDING PURCHASED ITEMS OR HUNTS. Dates and times applicable are to be arranged to the mutual convenience of the winning bidder and the donor.
11. Although South Africa Outfitters Group has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it cannot, and does not, guarantee the satisfaction of either the donor or the purchaser.
12. TO PROTECT OUR HUNT DONORS, NO STRINGING OF HUNTS (BUYING BACK TO BACK SAFARIS) WILL BE ALLOWED BY ONE BUYER.
13. Auction is Exclusively available to international bidders. South Africa Outfitters Group reserves the right not to accept the winning bidder.
The purchaser’s acceptance of the Buyer’s Agreement signifies and guarantees that the purchaser has read and understands these Auction Program Rules and Regulations and the purchaser accepts and agrees to completely abide by and be legally bound by all the terms, conditions, rules and regulations for the Auction Program.
