Galen and Judy Kleymann have graciously donated this 3 day, 2 bird Rio turkey hunt will take place in Chautauqua County Kansas. This is an unguided hunt. You will need your own transportation & equipment (shotgun or bow). We will give you a guided tour with maps and scouting information and then turn you loose for up to 4 days. The hunt is for 2 toms which are Rio/Eastern hybrids. Additional hunters can be included at a price of $700. The hunt includes lodging. Kansas turkey seasons are Early April through May. It can be delayed until 2017. Bird numbers are good, on the way up still. This is a hunt for an experienced hunter, but you don't need to be an expert caller on these birds. License fees will be $140 – not included.
