caliber, Serial #5072. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a ramp blade front sight. The barrel, marked made in Belgium, retains the majority of its blue finish with small mars and wear at the muzzle. The receiver also shows considerable original blue with numerous Belgian proof marks. The barrel has been hand stamped 300 S.A.V. over the original chambering information and all visible serial numbers are matching. The smooth wood custom stock is in good condition with mars and compressions from use and an extra coat of varnish. The butt ends with a checkered plastic butt plate. The bore is good, the action is crisp and markings are sharp on this desirable Belgian FN Sporter. The rifle is topped with a Buehler one-piece mount and El Paso Weaver fixed power scope with clear, crisp optics. Est.: $300-$600. (C+R).
