Two hunters will go through the five-night, four-day SAAM Precision and Safari/Hunt Combo Course where instructors help improve your shooting and hunting skills with your own equipment so you are better prepared for the hunt of a lifetime. Most importantly, you will fully understand your shooting limitations and that “Makes You a Great Hunter!” The first day and half is all SAAM Training. You will have the opportunity to hunt in the afternoon of day two and in the morning/afternoon of day three and four for top quality FTW Ranch species and train during the middle of the day. You will be shooting 160 to 180 rounds during SAAM training in the mid-day break. Trophy fees per hunting seasons apply. Learn the effects of the environment on your ballistics and how to compensate on our real world ranges throughout the rugged FTW Ranch. You will spend time in many challenging shooting scenarios and positions. This will help you learn how to use your own gear and surroundings to make great long-range shots and be ready for dangerous game! Perfect for medium and big bore calibers! Bring 200 total rounds, two guns max per shooter please. It is best to bring your own weapons and ammo, but rental weapons are available. Bring the ammo that you plan to hunt with, and can be shipped via UPS/ FedEx to the FTW Ranch. Donation is good for two SAAM/Hunt Combo spots and includes $2,000 trophy fees credit/hunter (cannot be combined). Valid only for 2018 SAAM Hunt Combo Courses, the donation must be scheduled within 60 days from date of purchase. Spots are scheduled on first come/first served basis during the 2018 regularly scheduled SAAM Hunt Combo courses. Arrive on Friday afternoon and depart on Wednesday morning. Donation includes five nights/four days of first-class meals, lodging, SAAM instruction, guiding, and beverages/refreshments. Custom built range cards for your rifle/bullet combo, rifle cleaning supplies, hearing protection, shoulder pads and other nice gear are yours to keep, but bring your favorite hunting backpack. Not included are trophy fees above the credit, gratuities, weapons (rentals available), ammunition, transportation to/from the FTW Ranch, and hunting licenses. Both students must attend at the same time. Purchaser must be an attendee, may not be transferred or resold. Additional spots are available at $3,950/adult, $1,975/youth and $1,000/observers. Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. HSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSC receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.
Payment Details:
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes HSC to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party.

Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A.Travel expenses to and from destination
B.Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C.Alcoholic beverages
D.Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E.Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and IRS Publication 1391 for more information.

Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by HSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of HSC. HSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. HSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by HSC. HSC shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, HSC cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can HSC be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, HSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
HSC is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
