Join Lee Livingston and crew on a 4-day, 3-night horseback wilderness horseback adventure in the Rocky Mountains surrounding Cody, Wyoming. You will travel on trail-wise horses and mules through the same backcountry that Buffalo Bill and other early explorers did in years past. This is an all inclusive, fully staffed trip. Your trip will be guided by Lee, who will be assisted by a wrangler to help with the camp chores, and a professional mountain chef who will prepare culinary delights over an open fire. This trip can be custom tailored to fit your desires. Activities available include fishing, photography, hiking, and of course riding! Additional guests may be added for the daily rate of $375 per person/per day.
Expiration: June-August, 2025 unless other dates are approved by outfitter. Dates in 2024 might be available if space permits.

The Wes Livingston Benefit Auction (WLBA) is organized to raise funds to help defray medical costs for
Wes Livingston by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals and/or companies.
Any bid made at WLBA auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, online or at a silent
auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher
and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the
bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your
behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the
successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth
business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred
because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion
thereof, that payment is late. Auction items must be paid for by the close of Convention. Payments will
be taken at the auction payment table. Payments can be made by cash or check. If the winner of an
auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to
the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the
second highest bidder is unknown, the committee shall dispose of the item at their discretion.
ONLINE BIDDING: All online bidders will be required to pay a 10% buyer’s premium.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone
number, Credit card number.
PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS: PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 3%
ADMINISTRATION FEE
FIREARMS: Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in
compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, WLBA will ship the
firearm, at the expense of the purchaser, from Cody, WY to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of
your choice after convention. For local purchases purchaser will need to pick up the firearm within 10
days at Cody Cartridge and Carry, 316 Yellowstone Ave. Cody, WY 82414
WLBA AUCTION ITEM POLICY:
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from
third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WLBA, and is
advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and
test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all
faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WLBA. WLBA provides no
warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WLBA does not accept any liability or
responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high
bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and
responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been
acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under
“goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WLBA. WLBA shall bear
no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising
from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The
purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WLBA cannot be
accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. WLBA reserves the right to add items
to the auctions as additional donations become available.
Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area. Items must be
paid for before removing from the auction venue.
