Wicus Diedericks and Jaco Oosthuizen of Game Trackers Africa Rockwood Conservation invites you to join us on a 7-day Central South African safari for four hunters. This includes 7-days/7 nights, 4x2 guided hunt, 1x Rhino management dart, 1x Kudu, 1x Roan and 1x Eland (total of 4 trophies is included and must be shared by the four hunters).

This safari is available all year-round in 2024/25 and may be upgraded to include additional hunters/spouses/partners/days/species as per price list (see outfitter for details). Method of take is spot, walk and stalk with rifle.

You will have the opportunity to join us at the frontline of rhino conservation and to become part of this legacy of one of the largest privately owned rhino populations at our malaria free Rockwood Safari Area exceeding 33000 acres.

You will be directly involved in management activities and contribute to the survival of the Rhino by participating in an adrenaline filled and exhilarating activity, experiencing more than a “real rhino hunt” on a free roaming Rhino bull.

The safari area landscape comprises of hills and valleys with typical Northern Cape savanna and bushveld vegetation, hosting a diverse natural habitat for indigenous species. It is located in the sparsely populated Northern Cape Province known for its historical significance in the South African History, diamonds, diversity in cultures and hospitality.

A variety of more than 22 game species are available, including buffalo in excess of 300 and more than 370 head of Rhino, for the serious hunter Guests will be accommodated in our 5 Star luxury lodging and be treated on typical South African dishes and outstanding locally produced beers and whilst experiencing superb local hospitality.

This donation includes trophies for one Southern White Rhino management dart, one Kudu, one Roan and one Eland. Minimum of four hunters (one of each species is included to be shared by the hunters – total of 4 animals)/ 5-star luxury lodging during your safari, all meals, local wines and beer (in moderation), bottled water and soft drinks, dally laundry, Wi-Fi, 4x2 guided service, transportation during safari, Rhino insurance, field preparation of trophies and delivery to taxidermy, (T&C’s apply).

Not included in this donation are International and commercial flights, charters if required, any before or after safari accommodations and other expense, arrival night, round-trip airport transfer to hunting area from Kimberley airport ($750), special transportation, rifle rent, rifle permits and airport clearances, rhino dart conservation fee ($150 per day)/ expediting fees, taxidermy, dipping, packing and shipping, special food and drinks, gratuities, Value added tax (non-exports) and bank fees, and travel insurance.

Donation is for a minimum of four hunters. Additional non-hunters are welcome at $375/night. GTARC will include a complimentary $500 SPA voucher each for two or more spouses/partners joining the safari.

Arrival/departure point is Kimberley airport via O.R. Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg). Standard Game Trackers Africa Rockwood Conservation terms and conditions will apply.

Schedule hunt with outfitter for open dates during 2024 or 2025.

A 20% deposit of fair market value will be required to secure and confirm dates. This will be used to offset additional costs incurred not covered by donation/ additional animals hunted etc.
