BIDDING
Bidding advances shall be regulated by the auctioneer and shall be at his discretion. He or she has the right to refuse any bids. Some of the items offered at auction are subject to a reserve. A reserve is a minimum price agreed upon by the consignor of the property and the auction house. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor in order to reach the minimum sale amount. If the minimum amount is not reached, the auctioneer may pass the item. PAYMENT
