WEBLEY PLUS WWI GERMAN STANTIEN & BECKER. 1) REMINGTON MK III FLARE GUN. Cal. 10 ga. S# 15-843. Bbl. 9" steel, smooth bore. No sights are fitted. Bbl. is marked on top enhanced in white "MARK III THE REMINGTON ARMS - UNION METALLIC CARTRIDGE CO. INC." / "REMINGTON BRIDGEPORT WORKS BRIDGEPORT CONNECTICUT USA". Brass frame, stud trigger & smooth walnut grips. CONDITION: blue bbl. is turning patina w/ light oxidation & light wear. Frame has pleasing dark patina w/ light wear & handling marks. Grips have light wear & scattered handling marks. Bore is dark w/ fine pitting throughout. (23-116/RW). CURIO. 2) WEBLEY MARK III FLARE GUN. Cal. 4 ga. S# 32279. Bbl. 4 1/16" brass bbl. & frame w/ smooth bore. Marked on left rear w/ crown "GR" proof. " '16" broad arrow crown "68". Left side of frame is marked "WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD." / "LONDON & BIRMINGHAM III" marked as on bbl. Right side of frame marked w/ Webley & Scott winged bullet logo. Smooth walnut grips. Lanyard ring in butt. CONDITION: brass is turning a pleasing overall patina w/ wear & scattered handling marks. Steel parts are turning gray & patina. Grips are well worn w/ missing chips on both sides at bottom & crack on left grip extending downward 1 1/2". Bore is turning dark. (02-18717/RW). 3) WWI STANTIEN & BECKER GERMAN FLARE PISTOL. Cal. 25mm. S# 1300. Bbl. 5 1/4" octagon to rnd. w/ a flared muzzle approx. 1 3/4" in diameter. Bbl. lug is marked at bottom "G". Frame is marked on bottom of grip "ST & B 14". Hardwood grips. CONDITION: grips have been repaired on both sides at butt. Left grip has lg. missing chip at top. Grips have notable wear w/ arsenal refinish. Mainspring is broken. Brass frame & bbl. have pleasing patina w/ wear & handling marks. Steel parts w/ oxidation & pitting. Have cleaned appearance. Bore has dark oxidized appearance. (02-18717/RW).
