THROUGH WWI & WWII. 1) MODEL 1873 TRAP DOOR. 18" Triangular blade marked on top w/ "U.S.". Late production steel scabbard marked on back of leather attachment w/ "L.? JJL". Brass belt hook w/ "U.S.". CONDITION: bayonet retains 85% original blue finish w/ light wear & scattered scratches. Scabbard has 75% original blue finish w/ light oxidation in tip area. Leather appears sound w/ tight stitching & brass belt hook has wear & oxidation commensurate w/ age. 2) MODEL 1903 SPRINGFIELD BAYONET. 16" Blade marked on left ricasso "SA" "flaming bomb" "1919". Marked on right ricasso w/ "U.S." & S#. Correct rough turned wooden grips. Plastic MK1 USN scabbard w/ belt hook. Bayonet has 2 color parkerized finish retaining most of its original finish w/ light high point wear. Grips have light wear & staining & notable sm. gouge on left grip. Scabbard has good lightly worn appearance. 3) MODEL 1903 BAYONET. 16" Blade marked on left ricasso w/ "SA" "flaming bomb" "1914". Marked on right ricasso w/ "U.S." & S#. Rough turned walnut grips. Plastic scabbard marked on steel throat "U.S. in flaming bomb". CONDITION: bayonet has arsenal rework type dark parkerized finish w/ light wear & scuffing. Scabbard is in good lightly worn condition. 4) M1 GARAND. 9 7/8" Fullered blade. Blade marked on left ricasso "AFH" "flaming bomb" "U.S." & has black plastic ribbed grips. Long 17" overall plastic scabbard marked "USN" & "MK1". CONDITION: bayonet has lg. degree of original parkerized finish w/ light high point wear. Scabbard has very light wear.
