GROUPING OF FIXED BLADE KNIVES.

Interesting grouping of 8 knives.
1) USMC style of knife. 7" fullered blade marked "U.S. CAMILLUS" on left ricasso. Straight crossguard. Grooved composite grip. Disc pommel. Leather sheath. CONDITION: knife & sheath have light wear & scattered handling marks.
2) USMC style of knife. 7" fullered blade marked "U.S. CAMILLUS" on left ricasso. Straight crossguard. Grooved composite grip. Disc pommel. Leather sheath. CONDITION: knife & sheath have light wear & scattered handling marks.
3) Unmarked Fairbairn type stiletto. 7" double edged blade. Straight crossguard. Grooved alloy grip. Brown leather sheath. CONDITION: knife in very good condition w/ light high point wear. Sheath has very good condition except white staining on front.
4) Unmarked Fairbairn type stiletto. 7" double edged blade. Straight crossguard. Grooved alloy grip. Brown leather sheath. CONDITION: knife in very good condition w/ light high point wear. Sheath has very good condition. Light verdigris on grip.
5) German dagger w/ 5 1/8" wavy edge blade, marked on left ricasso: "ANTON WINGEN JR SOLINGEN - Germany". Blade & metal parts have silver colored plated appearance. Stag grip. Brown leather scabbard marked "MADE IN GERMANY" w/ metal tip. CONDITION: metal parts have light wear & scattered handling marks. Stag grip has sm. crack. Leather scabbard had light wear, appears serviceable.
6) Unmarked heavy single edge blade knife. 7 3/8" blade w/ scalloped back. Straight brass crossguard. Leather washer handle. Massive octagon brass pommel w/ Japanese appearing floral motif. CONDITION: blade turning dull gray. Brass parts have turned dark patina. All parts have light handling wear.
7) Very heavy unmarked knife. 12" Bowie type blade nearly 1/4" thick. Straight brass crossguard. Leather washer grip. Octagonal brass pommel w/ Japanese appearing floral motif. CONDITION: blade turning gray & patina w/ spots of light oxidation. Brass parts are dark patina w/ light wear. Grip has light wear & handling marks.
8) Buck 5 3/4" blade #121 Fisherman's knife. Blade w/ scaling notches is marked "BUCK". Black handle is marked "KEN HORN". Black leather sheath has tag reading "121 - Klains Sport. Gds. Ken Horn". CONDITION: knife has light handling wear. Sheath has light wear & handling marks. PROVENANCE: Estate Collection of Kenneth Horn (Grandson of JC Higgins). (02-16315-2/RW). $500-700.
