GURTFULLER 34 GERMAN BELT FILLING MACHINE &

ACCESSORIES. A grouping of WWII era items including the following:
1) Gurtfuller 34 - German MG34 belt filling machine used to load ammunition into non disintegrating metallic belts. Numerous Waffenamts w/ various factory codes & multiple locations. Heavily pitted on right side w/ corrosion brought under control long ago throughout. Detachable crank handle missing original wood but still locks & unlocks w/ ease. Machine appears to be functional & operates smoothly when cycled by hand.
2) Basket drum magazine - painted black; some visible Waffenamts. All hinged parts move freely.
3) 6 - 35" sections of non disintegrating metallic belt for MG34 / 42 & 3 starter tabs. All appear serviceable & free of any obvious defect.
4) 2 - 30 rd. Thompson Machine Gun mags mfg. by the Seymour Products Co. & Crosby Co. Both retaining thin bluing w/ scattered patina though both appear functional.
5) Replica Thompson SMG "L" drum for display. Dark blue finish. No internals.
6) Vickers-Maximum partial belt. Brass starter tab stamped "250 .303 DUNLOP / EYELETS MELB. 1943".
7) July 45 dated .303 Vickers cloth belt. Tan in color w/ cloth green starter segment. Appears functional & pliable.
8) Leather bound photo album appearing to document the service of Lourn H. Sund. He served in the Army Airforce as a Staff Sergeant from June 1942 until Nov. 1945, serving in European, African & Middle Eastern theaters. Over 100 photos & obituary. (02-16293-1/JZ). $250-500.
