Gerhart Outdoors - Alligator Hunt for Two in Florida with Coast Runner Outfitters.
This hunt takes place from Mid-August through the end of October.
Included:
• Two days hunting for two people in Florida for alligator.
• Two nights lodging (double occupancy).
• Trophy Fees for two alligators up to 6 feet in length. Gators can be split between the hunters, or one hunter can hunt both.
• Fully guided by professional, licensed guide and captain.
• Water and Gatorade for during the hunt.
• Alligator tags and all equipment required for the hunt.
Not included:
• Airfare to and from Tallahassee, Florida.
• Ground transportation to and from airport and lodging.
• All meals, snacks, and adult beverages during your hunt.
• Travel and accommodations costs before or after the contracted dates of your hunt.
• Hired Excursions/Tours before or after the contracted dates of your hunt.
• Florida Trapper’s License.
• Cleaning and skinning at current market rate.
• Gratuity to professional staff.
• Transportation of trophies to a local taxidermist (150/hunt).
• Taxidermy fees, Crating/Shipping fees to bring the trophies and meat home.
• Weather appropriate clothing (dark colors preferable) and boots.
Your hunt is valid for two years from date of purchase, or at the discretion of the availability of the Outfitter. Hunt is non-transferable. Buyer must be on the trip.
This is a wild, free-range hunt and tag allocations are competitive. Please contact the outfitter sooner rather than late to set your dates. If you need to extend your hunt, there is a $500 per year (max of two years) extension fee through the outfitter due at the time the dates are set. Alligators can be upgraded for $1,500/each (6’ to 10’) or $2,500/each (10’ and above). Fishing opportunities are available if you tag out early directly with the outfitter. If you have to cancel your hunt within 45 days of the start of the hunting season, there will be a $500 re-booking fee.

Shipping Details:
Where shipping is required, it will be the bidder’s responsibility to pay for the packaging and shipping.
Any firearms shipments, the purchaser will have to pay the transfer fees to the FFL Dealer and provide a copy of the FFL Dealer license to First Stop Gun Shop in Rapid City, SD.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
SCI-GDC is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-GDC has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-GDC does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-GDC donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-GDC with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder by email (if email address is on file) within 30 days of the auction date.
SCI-GDC does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety at the completion of the auction.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of SCI-GDC or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-GDC and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-GDC and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-GDC or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
SCI-GDC. The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-GDC reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up at any time up to the start of the auction.
