Our Glade Park estate in Colorado welcomes you to a fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious seating, a pool/ping pong table, a sauna, and an upper-level porch with one- of-a-kind views, you'll never want to leave! Secluded and peaceful+ access the Colorado National Monument, visit hiking trails, or go horseback riding nearby! End your day of activities in the cozy living room stargazing through the vast display of windows!
The back patio includes outdoor chairs and a propane grill! Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, plenty of space & privacy, and easy access to all that Utah & the Grand Valley have to offer! Enjoy the elk and deer year round and see wild turkeys roaming every which way!
The cabin sleeps 16+ with 10 beds and lots of space for entertaining! If a group of more than 14 people add $75 per person per night Additional days may be added at $749.00 per night plus taxes. Approximately 1 hour drive from Grand Junction Colorado airport or a 5 hour drive from Denver
Notes: Additional building/home on property not accessible to guests. No motor vehicles on and around property off the roads. Not wheelchair accessible. Stairs at entry and two flights of stairs inside of home. Pet Friendly with pet fee ($100) RV Parking-no hookups provided. Driveway parking- up to 8 cars can be parked utilizing space on the side of the house within the gate. 24/7 Guest Contact- we are here for you! This home has been authorized and inspected by Mesa County for Airbnb stays, gain peace of mind and security with experienced hosts!
Valid for 1 year after purchase date; Exclusions: will not be able to book a stay during the Colorado hunting seasons (Oct 15th-Dec 1st) No transportation – will need to rent a car from grand junction colorado airport if flying. Must follow all Airbnb rules on the property
