BOX. Cal. 22 LR. S# 33203. The iconic standard for accuracy, the Hammerli free pistol was used by many competitors in most Olympic games. This pistol with 11 1/4" bbl. marked for caliber and with Swiss cross on top flat, is tipping block martini type action marked for London, Helsinki, Melbourne and Tokyo Olympics. Left side of action is marked “HAMMERLI” “SWITZERLAND”. Action has loading/unloading lever which protrudes through bottom of grip, satin finished cocking lever on left side and adjustable broad trigger within sheet steel trigger guard. Windage and elevation adjustable U-notch rear sight mounts on spur behind action and Sourdough bead front sight is in serrated ramp. Somewhat adjustable walnut stocks nearly surround one’s hand, they are not checkered or lined. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: pistol comes in its original cardboard box with label having matching serial number. Box contains copy of information sheets. CONDITION: fine. Metal parts with nearly all of their blue have some freckling, mostly on upper left side of bbl. and on receiver ring. Stocks have a few light marks. Bore is bright and shiny. Mechanically fine.
