Your credit card provided to us will be charged for your purchases on Dec 7th 2019 If we are shipping your products to you a second charge for shipping will occur once your product is ready to ship. A $25.00 non processing fee will be added to any credit cards that we can't process. Please ensure that we have the correct number, and expiry. Recurrent problem payers, may be banned from future sales.
We only receive the information given when you first sign up for the auction. If you update your credit card information you will need to call us at 1-800-694-2609 to give us the new information.
International buyers may be required to pay by "WIRE Transfer"
Accepted Payment Methods:
CANADA BIDDERS: All Firearms and Ammunition sales will require a valid P.A.L. to purchase. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day.
U.S. and INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Have sole responsibility for their purchases. Please check with your FFL and/or ATF regarding import of specific items.
Please note that we do not ship AMMUNITION to US or international buyers.
US Buyers will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee on all Firearms sales. This is to cover the cost of the required paperwork to export the items to you.
Storage fees of $5.00 per item per month will be charged on all items that we have not received paperwork for within 120 days of the sale. If you are unable to complete the required paperwork within 1 year your lots will be sold at the next auction. You will be charged a commission on the resale.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES: As we are selling Firearms and Ammunition it is imperative that bidders/customers provide us their correct information. We require your full correct name as on your PAL, License #, Date of Birth, Mailing address that is associated with your PAL. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. A competent Gunsmith should be consulted before attempting to use or fire any Firearm or Ammunition. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Switzer's Auction be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
