HANDGUNS. 1) HIGH STANDARD THE PLINKER MODEL SEMI-AUTO PISTOL. Cal. 22 LR. S# 2364946. Bbl. 6 1/2" (uncommon) with thumb screw takedown and serrated faced Patridge sight; drift adjustable rear on slide. Mfg. 1971-1973 with catalog number 9215. Inexpensive version of Dura-Matic that has screw attached stamped trigger guard, 1 piece checkered brown plastic grip, cross bolt safety that also serves to lock slide back for maintenance, push button mag. release and striker firing system rather than commonly used internal hammer of most High Standards. Also sold through Sears as Model 80. Design also used by Beretta U22 Neos plus Colt 22 and Cadet. MAGS: very good unmarked 10 rd. with green plastic follower. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: very good matching numbered factory dark blue and yellow 2 piece box with shadow line cutout in base plus manual. Slight scuffs on edges. CONDITION: very good to excellent original finish having minimal light marks throughout plus thinning at muzzle. Near excellent bore and grip. (23-1499/NW). MODERN. $250-400. 2) HARRINGTON and RICHARDSON "22 SPECIAL" REVOLVER. Cal. 22 RF. S# 497823. Bbl. 6" matching numbered ribbed with circular blade sight; notched latch at rear. Mfg. 1928-1930 (2nd variation) with blued finish and factory saw-handled checkered walnut target 2 piece grips. Matching numbered 7 rd. cylinder. CONDITION: good overall with peppery to light oxidation and light grip marks (especially at butt) plus small chip at top front of left. Fine mechanics and near excellent bore. (23-1536/NW).
