Dylan Lencioni from 406 Processing has generously donated half beef and a pig vacuum packed and ready to eat. Beef and pork prices are skyrocketing and this is a great way to save money. The beef is hanging in the cooler with an approximate final weight of 560 pounds. Call Dylan on Monday to give him your specific cutting instructions. The pig final weight will be about 160 pounds and will include hams, sausage, bacon, roasts, spare ribs, pork chops and smoked hocks.
