Rare single-shot Match target pistol produced 1928-1941. U.S.R.A. Model (U.S. Revolver Association) Low 3 digit serial number found on the left grip frame. and the underside of the barrel assembly. 10" ribbed barrel with front blade, and square notch rear sights. Serrated trigger. Checkered walnut target grips, Break-top Action is crisp, light trigger, and barrel locks up tight. Bore is excellent, original blue finish is about 98% with slight muzzle wear. traces of nitre blue on hammer. The grip is overall very good with sharp checkering, but there is a 1/2" chip on front below the fore strap, and the underside has scratches. H&R Address in two lines on the barrel rib. and left sideplate marked "H&R ./22 Single Shot long rifle cartridge U.SD.R.A. Model" in 3 lines. All markings are crisp/clear. Would be hard to find a better conditioned U.S.R.A. NRA Condition-Very Good+ C&R Firearm.
