#mc250th00519 'Marine Corp. 250th Anniversary, 2nd Edition', an American made lever action repeating rifle chambered for .22 Short, Long , and Long Rifle ammunition. This Golden Boy based rifle was manufactured in Rice Lake, WI, and was released for the 2025 anniversary. This rifle has a nickel-plated brass receiver cover, butt plate, and barrel band with the rest of the components comprised of a blued finish. Rifle features an approximately 20" octagonal barrel with a 1:16" twist rate, dovetailed blade front sight with a brass bead, fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight with a white diamond, serrated curved trigger, external hammer with a serrated spur, side ejection, 1/4 cock safety, and a nearly full-length magazine tube. The American walnut furniture consists of a smooth straight gripped shoulder stock, smooth forend with a barrel band, 14" length-of-pull, and a smooth metal butt plate. Mechanically transferred engravings derived from a hand-engraved master plate provides clear artwork, and highlights the 24K gold plating. The right side of the receiver shows modern era warcraft with a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle, a V-22 Osprey, and a banner that reads, "FROM THE HALLS OF MONTEZUMA." The left side of the receiver displays historical battle scenes, and a banner that reads, "TO THE SHORES OF TRIPPOLI." The receiver art is surrounded by floral scroll engravings. The forend states, "IN THE AIR, ON LAND, AND SEA." An Iwo Jima tribute on the shoulder stock has soldiers raising the U.S. flag on top of Mount Suribachi, and the flag is in full-color. The original blued finish retained is approximately 99% with little remarkable. The nickel plated receiver also has approximately 99% of its original finish remaining. No deformation, or rust was observed on this firearm. The action is smooth and crisp, and the bore is bright with strong rifling. The American walnut furniture is in excellent condition with little to speak of.
Condition is NRA Excellent.
