Items ship within 10 days of payment receipt. We ship UPS Ground and UPS will notify you with a tracking number when your item ships and again when it arrives at your FFL. Please see terms and conditions for other shipping information.

It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state of residence. Not every firearm is legal to ship to every state. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item. There is a $50 relisting fee if you win a firearm that cannot be shipped into your state.

If you wish to pay by cash or cashier's check, please let us know by email immediately following the close of the auction. Credit or Debit Card Purchases are an additional 3.5% to cover the card fees. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement.

Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchase.
$50.00 per gun re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up or pay for your gun. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the re-listing fee if you fail to pick up your gun.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the FFL holder of your choice. We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your gun. We'll be happy to work with you on your shipping needs. The buyer assumes all risk in the shipping the item. We cannot control what happens with the gun after it leaves our possession and any damage is between the buyer and the shipper. If you would like to insure your items for an additional charge, please let us know prior to shipping.
All of our firearms are new unless otherwise noted. Although we don't warranty any of our guns, each new gun comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
