Holland Long Range Shooting School
Holland’s intensive 4-Day Long Range Shooting School in Powers, Oregon will fully immerse you in the fast- growing discipline of long-range shooting. The day will start with light breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and immediately dive into the day’s subject matter. Late morning and afternoons, sometimes long into the evening will be spent at the range regardless of weather. Holland’s beautiful mountainside shooting range is well covered to shield against Oregon weather, so no excuses allowed. Students will shoot from 200 to 400 rounds of ammunition at distances of 300-800 yards while honing their skills. Holland’s unique blend of instructors offers field proven techniques, allowing you to make that shot of a lifetime. They will introduce you to Advanced Reticle Technology that is used in many of the scopes on the market today. All Shooting is done under realistic outdoor conditions at their Oregon based training site. They shoot under the same conditions you may encounter in the field. Their trained staff will provide detailed instruction and practical exercises in the following areas: Equipment Selection, Ballistics, Range Finding, MOA Correction, shooting in the Wind, Uphill-Downhill Shooting, Advanced Shooting Techniques and Rifle Maintenance.
