Aaron Quillian of Monarch Rivers,Illinois' premier Northeastern White-Tailed Deer Outfitter, has donated a 5 day free range hunt for one hunter to harvest a buck and doe with a bow or crossbow, or 2 does.
Hunters will stay in a comfortable lodge with a maximum of 7 hunters in camp and get a solid night’s rest in preparation for the buck of a lifetime. Hunters will comfortably await that buck of a lifetime on one of 14 different farms containing approximately 1700 acres of pre-set ambushes over food sources, travel corridor funnels, and bedding areas. Ambushes consist of millennium hang on and ladder stands, ground blinds, and tower blinds. Guides work to assist hunters to harvest trophy whitetails based on the hunter’s preferences and comfort levels. If an ambush needs to be created to help the hunter be successful, your guides will set it up.
This hunt can be upgraded to a firearm or muzzleloader combo with an opportunity to take 2 whitetail bucks. Contact the outfitter for details!
Included: 5 full days of hunting, field transportation, lodging, game cleaning, trophy preparation and lodging.
Not included: Transportation to/from the Lodge, meals (not included). Great local food is readily available or the lodge has cooking facilities where hunters can prepare their own food or if preferred local catering can be provided at a reasonable price. Non-resident license, tag and habitat stamp. (approx. $475). Turkey $250.
This donation is good for scheduled dates between Oct 19th -23rd or Oct 26th – Oct 30th, 2020 or an alternate date in 2021.
Monarch Rivers is on a long strait between the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers. This scenic hardwood bottom property has been under a Quality Deer Management program for over 10 years. This effort has established some of the greatest whitetail habitat known to man and a hunt with Monarch Rivers is an opportunity to earn the buck of a lifetime.
At the end of the day, hunters can make themselves at home in their comfortable lodge, which features 2 full bathrooms, full service kitchen, dining room and ample space for relaxing before the you’re your next hunt.

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
SCI-AK is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-AK has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-AK does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-AK donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-AK with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-AK within 12 months of the auction date.
SCI-AK does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is”, including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of SCI-AK or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-AK and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-AK and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-AK or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-AK reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
