Authentic African Adventures is owned and managed by Hanno & Bardina van Rensburg in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. It is privately owned land and concessions comprising of 55,000 acres where there is more than 50 species available. This hunt includes provisions for two hunters, who may each take either a trophy blesbuck or impala.
This 7 day (8 night) hunt includes accommodations in the van Rensburgs’ clean and comfortable converted farmhouses, 3 meals per day, drinking water and cold drinks, laundry service, guide service and field preparation of trophies. Transportation to and from the new Polokwane International Airport in South Africa (1.5 hrs from base camp) is also included.
Professional hunter Hanno van Rensburg has been guiding hunters since he was 12 years old and, as an adult, he became a professional guide and outfitter. He has since guided for almost all of the big game species found in South Africa, showcasing the backcountry to over 1000 clients from around the world. Hanno van Rensburg is a member of the Professional Hunters’ Association of South Africa and was awarded their "Uncle Stevie Award” in 2013, which is presented for the most outstanding fair chase trophy animal taken by a client whilst hunting in South Africa.
It does not include air travel, accommodations before and after the hunt, taxidermy, packing, and shipping of trophies, or tipping of staff. The trip does not include trophy fees, which are $690 US per animal for both blesbucks and impalas. A $1,000 US deposit will be required to secure the block the dates, which is deductible from the final bill.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. Al trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
