As you glass the canyons that sink deep below and the sky scraping cliffs that reach high above you catch a slight movement, a shape materializes and then you realize, “There they are”…your heart sinks…then you realize…”they are so close but yet so far.” Hours can quickly add up between you and them. The perfect shot won’t come today, but possibly tomorrow. “In A Place Called Zion” is the first of four sheep paintings that will be created by award winning artist Randsom Owens for the Western Hunting Conservation Expo.
