JUNIPER COFFEE TABLE

Scott has been a woodworker for more than 30 years.
He builds furniture and other custom pieces as well
as being a cabinet maker. Scott salvages a lot of his
material, using reclaimed fence, barn wood and old
tree roots. He fi nds beautiful uses for what others might
burn. Scott is a problem-solver, which is a valuable trait
when customers come to him with a picture in their
minds of what they want and Scott is able to turn that
image into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Scott works
and lives in Lander, Wyoming (God’s country), with his
wife, Lesley. When he gets a chance, he enjoys hunting,
fi shing, hiking and riding his dirt bike in the Wind River
Mountains.

Auction Terms of Sale
The auctioneer has final authority on the amount bid for any item and/or the identity of the purchaser of any item. By bidding on an item or service, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase that item or service. All sales are final.
Buyer’s Premium and Sales Tax

Firearms
All firearms will be shipped from RMEF headquarters in Missoula, MT to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer of the winner/buyer’s choice. It is the responsibility of any raffle winner or auction buyer to make arrangements with the FFL and to know the local firearms laws. Before taking possession, the winner/buyer will be required to complete a background check. If for any reason the winner/buyer is not eligible to receive the firearm, it is not the responsibility of RMEF to provide an alternate or to issue any refunds.
Hunts and Trips
Additional expenses not included in donated hunts and trips may include but are not limited to gratuity, taxes, taxidermy, transportation, meat packaging and processing, and shipping.
Tax Deductions/IRS
The market value or estimated fair market value will be provided for each auction item. IRS rules permit a charitable contribution for the amount paid in excess of fair market value. Only that part of the payment made with the intention of making a gift and for which the taxpayer receives no consideration qualifies as a contribution. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any item purchased at auction.
