KAIWHAI HUNTING SAFARIS: Namibian Hunting Safari, White Rhino Tour & Custom-Made Bolt-Action Rifle
Two hunters have an opportunity to join Kaiwhai Hunting Safaris in Namibia for a 7-day hunt in pursuit of 1x Oryx, 1x Blue Wildebeest, 1x Impala, and 1x Springbuck, to be shared by the two hunters. Winners will also have the unique opportunity to walk with White Rhinos and track and follow them on a photo safari.
PLUS, the winning bidder will receive a custom-made, bolt-action rifle from Crown Precision Arms, made in Texas.
Features include sub-MOA precision in a lightweight package (6-8 pounds), industry-leading Terminus action, DLC-treated chromoly fluted bolts in a pre-hardened 416 stainless action with a roller-tipped cocking piece, actions and TriggerTech triggers in a composite stock and hand-fitted BSF carbon fiber barrels. This rifle will be custom-built to your preferred caliber.
Included in this donation are trophy fees for the four listed animals, 7-nights lodging at a 5-star luxury lodge, three meals per day and soft drinks, airport transfers from and to Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek, Namibia, a Professional Hunter to accompany all hunting parties, rifles and ammunition (if needed), all vehicles used in and around the hunting area.
This hunt can be taken by rifle, bow or crossbow.
Excluded in this donation are airfares, any other excursions, taxidermy, trophy shipping costs, alcoholic beverages, $100 hunting license per hunter, and gratuities to Professional Hunters and staff.
Any additional plains game or dangerous game animals may be added per the published price list.
This hunt must be taken before November 30, 2024.
This hunt cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable to another person and must be used by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon by the buyer and Kaiwhai Hunting Safaris.

Our mission is to preserve the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage. Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. AUCTION RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following rules apply to all bidders participating in online bidding and must be followed unequivocally. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. The auctioneer and HSCF staff will render decisions on any disputes regarding the bids during the auction.
HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
Most hunt donations have specified dates for which they may be taken. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction descriptions are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each winning bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the winner will receive an email acknowledgment and a paid invoice once payment has been processed.
In the event the winner's card is declined, HSCF will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, HSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer the item for resale.
HSCF online auction winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
Online bidders agree to not interfere or disrupt the standard working function of any aspect of the online auction, via any device, software or other means.
If an active bidder is not satisfied with an aspect of the online auction, the bidder's only recourse is to discontinue use of the online auction system prior to the conclusion of bidding or the purchase of an item.
HSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction and/or to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and offer any goods affected by any malfunction for resale.
All disputes regarding HSCF auction items purchased during this auction shall be submitted in writing to HSCF. All disputes and/or requests for refunds must detail and demonstrate proof of dispute. HSCF, at its sole discretion, may or may not approve a requested refund, based on the evidence and information provided. Credits or refunds will not be given, for any reason that is beyond the control of HSCF, if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item with the time frame described in the auction description. Credits will not be provided by HSCF for any item for which the donor and buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description as provided during this auction.
For any approved credits or refunds, which will be made at the sole discretion of HSCF and are final, the credit or refund will not exceed the amount allocated to HSCF for the specific item, in the case of items for proceeds are to be shared with any third party.
