Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Chapter reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
