Here is a 5-day/5-night, Sitka Black-tailed deer and Sea Duck combo hunt for one hunter on Kodiak Island. Hunt Kodiak's pristine wilderness for Sitka Black-tailed deer and trophy sea ducks for an exciting wing shooting and hunting adventure. They have an extremely high success rate for sending clients home with a nice trophy buck and a wide variety of trophy sea ducks. Method of take is hunter's choice for deer hunts and bring your shotgun and shells for sea duck hunting.
DATES: Schedule hunt with outfitter for open dates from October - December, 2021 or 2022. Deer season is August 1 - December 31.
Deer limit: 3 deer. Kodiak waterfowl season is October 8 - January 22.
Duck limit: 7 per day, 21 in possession; Sea Duck limit for Nonresidents: 7 per day, 20 per season. Goose limits are available too.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Hunt includes: experienced Hunting Guide, accommodations (warm comfortable), hearty homestyle cooked meals and beverages, in-field transportation (Orca and Klamath boats), duck decoy lines, layout boats, VHF/marine radio, bird prep/cleaning, and airport pick-up and drop-off.
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: before and after hunt expenses, commercial airfare, hotel, air charter passenger seat to and from camp (approximately $400 RT each hunter), Alaska nonresident small game license ($60), Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation stamp ($25), Alaska Waterfowl stamp ($10), Alaska nonresident hunting license ($160), deer tags ($300 each), (processing/shipment of trophy/game meat, taxidermy trophy services, shotgun shells, and gratuity.
LOCATION: Arrival and departure point is the city of Kodiak, Alaska where you are met by our crew.
SPECIAL NOTES: We hunt trophy Black-tailed deer during prime rut and trophy sea ducks with non-stop action during Kodiak Island wintering grounds. Sea duck hunting on Kodiak Island is primarily done over decoys from shore or floating blinds, and jump-shooting birds. Our sea duck guests are typically treated to opportunities for Harlequin, Old Squaw (Long-tailed duck), Mergansers (Common and Red Breasted), Scoters (Common, Surf and White-Winged), King and Common Eider. Alaska offers 22 duck species and four goose species.

Auction Terms & Conditions:
Any bid made during this online auction for the Urge2hunt, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase and requires that the bid amount be paid at the close of the auction. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice being received by the winning bidder. If payment is not received, the auction item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
Urge2hunt welcomes the use of approved credit cards for auction purchases, however, a convenience fee will be added to all online auction purchases of 3% on all items.
Reserves:
If an item does not reach a reserve price (if applicable) then the highest bidder may be offered the option to buy it at the reserve price.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue – This Agreement, its construction, performance and enforcement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. For all claims or disputes in which Urge2hunt is named as a party arising under or with respect to this Agreement or any item purchased at auction, Buyer agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such disputes shall be in the California Superior Court, Contra Costa County or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Buyer waives any objection or defense (including, without limitation any defense of inconvenient forum) that Buyer may now or hereafter have to the venue of any such action or proceeding in such courts. If legal action is required and Urge2hunt prevails, Urge2hunt shall be entitled to recover its attorney fees and costs.
Hunts – Although Urge2hunt has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of their hunts and trips, it has no control over the operation of the outfitter or landowner and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion and filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. Urge2hunt cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST liabilities, which sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that Urge2hunt is not responsible for these fees and that it is Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other arrangements are made with outfitter.
SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the silent auctions may have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF Urge2hunt. Urge2hunt MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME.
No services are to be or will be performed by Urge2hunt and neither entity shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, Urge2hunt cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic, or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can Urge2hunt be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, Urge2hunt shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
General – Any hunts, trips, goods or services purchased by buyer at auction are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Urge2hunt makes no warranties about any outfitter’s accuracy, competency or reliability, or of the buyer’s satisfaction with his/her purchase. In no event shall Urge2hunt or its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
Shipping & Handling:
Urge2hunt will contact every winner by email or phone for details on setting up proper hunt information or other necessary arrangements once payment is received. Please note, it may take 7 to 10 days after receiving your payment before Urge2hunt contacts you to make arrangements; however, all efforts will be made to make contact with you as soon as possible.
