This is Robinson Crusoe trip with a luxurious twist! Snorkel a protected reef on the lee side of Inhaca Island while we prepare a BBQ seafood lunch on a sand bar for you! Activities include long beach walks, windsurfing, sailing on a traditional Dhow, and swimming, and, of course, WORLD CLASS fishing!
Chase the monsters of the deep in Africa's own Jurassic Park for fishing. Our fishery is part of one of the largest marine protected areas in the world and fishing these protected reefs will be a fishing experience of a lifetime for two lucky anglers! Tire your arms on monster marlin, sailfish, wahoo, tuna, king mackerel, 100 lb giant trevally's, and many, many more! Fishing techniques are trolling, jigging, and live bait drifting.
This trip is available March-June 2026 or 2027 and may be upgraded to include extra days or guests (our lodge can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 air-conditioned, private bungalows). This package includes 4 days of luxurious, full board accommodations at our world class Santa Maria lodge located on the high water mark of the Indian Ocean, 3x homecooked meals daily with local fresh ingredients and a seafood extravaganza, and 2 days of deep sea fishing.
Not included are any international airfare (Safari Fly Travel to assist), before/after trip hotel and expenses, extra fishing days ($750/boat), road and sea transfers, alcoholic beverages, gratuities.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. The winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has been processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, Big Sky DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Big Sky DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (6% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Big Sky DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Big Sky DSC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR Big Sky DSC:
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by Big Sky DSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF Big Sky DSC. BIG SKY DSC MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. Big Sky DSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, Big Sky DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Successful bidders are required to contact outfitters and service providers within 60 days of the auction to schedule and reserve dates.
10. Purchased trips cannot be combined to run adjacent or concurrent with any other purchased donations without approval of all involved outfitters.
11. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Big Sky DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Big Sky DSC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Big Sky DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
12. Big Sky DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
13. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS Big Sky DSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
14. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR Big Sky DSC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the Big Sky DSC Banquet & Auction, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the Big Sky DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The Big Sky DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of Big Sky DSC. Big Sky DSC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated Big Sky DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the Big Sky DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to Big Sky DSC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of Big Sky DSC and all Board decisions are final.
