1) MILITARIA. This group contains 1 North Vietnamese pith helmet in green with a red & gold star plate on the front. / 1 East German visor cap with green piping, missing chin strap. / 1 West German visor cap with green piping and a 12-pointed star on the front with central rampant lion medallion. / 1 Blue wool overseas cap with heavy moth damage. / 1 WWII era Naval cap with white protective cover over black. / 1 West German Bundeswehr visor cap with magenta piping. / 1 Russian Mosen-Nagant tool kit in heavy green canvas pouch. / 1 Dagger of Middle Eastern or African origin measuring 10 1/2" overall with a 6” blade. / 1 Dagger likely of Eastern European origin measuring 12 3/4" overall with an 8” blade. / 1 Silver mounted kinjal measuring 16” overall with a 10” double fullered blade. Grip appears to be horn with silver & brass inlays. Sheath has heavy silver mounts with very fine repousse work. / 1 Gas mask of unknown origin in a rubberized canvas pouch. / 1 OD canvas pouch containing a single gas mask canister. / 1 Pair of military style pants in a gray cotton denim-like material. Each calf has 6 closure buttons. CONDITION: generally items show light wear that are from the post-WWII era. Earlier items show moderate overall wear. Knives are complete though obviously used.
2) REPRODUCTION GERMAN MILITARIA. This group includes 1 Army visor cap with orange piping. / 1 Army officers visor cap with bright green piping. / 1 Brown canvas carrying pouch with mess items dated 1912. / 1 Soldiers toilet kit in rollup gray cotton. / 2 Cartridge pouches with 3 pockets dated 1914. / 1 Wooden battle rattle. / 1 WWI style Bavarian visor cap dated 1916. / 1 SA coffee can hat with dark brown wool trim over khaki cotton. / 1 Africa Corps M43 cap in tan cotton with sewn eagle and cockade. / 1 Army officers M43 cap with silver bullion trim and an edelweiss on the side. / 1 Brown leather belt. / 1 Shovel scabbard dated 1914. / 1 Bavarian feldmutze in field green with sage green trim. / 1 Railway visor cap with a black crown and black velvet band. This cap is poorly made so we have assigned it to a reproduction lot. It is possible this may be a “last ditch” WWII produced hat. CONDITION: most items show little to no wear.
